Information on Coronavirus.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic across the world and in Latvia, health and safety in this situation is a priority. Each of us must act responsibly and try to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

      Tavasriepas.lv is committed to doing whatever is possible to improve the overall situation. The spread of the coronavirus is a very serious issue. We are prepared to collaborate and become involved in nationwide protective measures to combat the upcoming challenges. We would like to thank all our customers and partners who are willing to do their part during these complicated times.

Several tyre manufacturers, such as Goodyear, Debica among others, have temporarily closed their factories to ensure the health and safety of their workers.

      With the tyre change season coming up, we are excited and prepared to meet our customers again! The tyre and wheel warehouses are fully stocked with the latest tyre models fit for any taste and budget, starting from premium tyres for exclusive and high-performance cars to very competitively priced budget tyres from European and Asian manufacturers. We also offer low-mileage preowned tyres from Scandinavia and Germany. Second-hand tyres are locally inspected at our warehouse and we offer a warranty for both new and used tyres.

      We offer tyre replacement and all other services: storage of off-season tyres, tyre and wheel repair, aircon recharge, wheel alignment, vehicle computer diagnostics, running gear inspection, headlight aiming, among others.

      You can be reassured that we have taken care of all the required measures to reduce the risk of infection and physical contact at our sales locations. Following the guidelines of the Latvian Disease Prevention and Control Centre, we have introduced the following measures:

*All Tavasriepas.lv service centres are equipped with disinfection materials that are freely available to customers and employees.

*More frequent cleaning and disinfection schedules have been introduced at all Tavasriepas.lv service centres, especially for toilets, door handles, etc.

*Employees subjected to a risk of infection or showing symptoms of infection are not allowed to come to work.

*We ask all customers to rearrange or cancel the appointment for Tavasriepas.lv workshop services if you are feeling unwell or have visited a country affected by Covid-19 within the last 14 days. We, of course, are flexible in terms of changing the appointment time, delivery and other matters. We ensure efficient communication, even if the customer is unable to visit us in person. We can still be reached by phone, as well as using SMS, WhatsApp and email.

*We do not shake hands and avoid all kinds of direct physical contact. The tyre workshops and stores are fully equipped and we have implemented the following measures to guarantee the safety of your visit.

*We pay special attention to hygiene inside the vehicle and wear gloves while working on the customer’s car.

*Our workshop employees do not sit inside the car with the customer, but observe appropriate distance instead.

      You can be reassured that we are taking responsibility for reducing the risk of infection at our premises. The health of the public, our customers and employees is our top priority. We carefully monitor the situation and are prepared to implement further and stricter measures if required.
